We were able to share in the joyous occasion of Mike and Alison's wedding.

The Lowering

One morning when Justus woke up I went in to get him and found him standing up in his crib.
He had already pulled up on several things, but this one was new!  We decided it was time to lower the crib.
Daddy lowers the crib

This is a better height!

Justus fell asleep on the way home one night and he was out for good!

Asleep on Daddy's shoulder

Still asleep

Even still asleep!

Daddy and Justus

Justus is now big enough to wear his first suit.  Daddy and Justus matched one Sunday so we had to have a Daddy/Justus photo session.  Enjoy!

Justus Meets Friends

Justus was able to meet some more of our dear friends.
Mrs. Irene Black was excited to see Justus.
Mrs. Geneva Knipper (Sloan), sister of Jerry Sloan was excited to see him too!

Time to Butcher

It was time to butcher our rabbits, so we took them down to Providence Prairie to complete the task.

Dad had a few to butcher as well, so we did them all at the same time.
Justus got to meet the baby goat.
He also was able to take a ride on Rusty!

What fun!

Happy Birthday Jamie!

We recently celebrated Aunt Jamie's birthday by taking her to a Cardinals game.  We were about a week late in celebrating, but we had a fun time together.
The St. Louis Arch as we are driving across the Martin Luther King Bridge
Walking up the steps to the Arch on our way to the game
The Stadium in the background- only one more street to cross

Grandpa and Grandma Cox were able to come too!

Justus and Mommy had never been to a Cardinals game before, so Daddy was excited to take us.

Afterward, we said our goodbyes and traveled to Providence Prairie to visit with family there.  We were even able to see Uncle Marky, Aunt Becky, and their son Wilson.
What a fun weekend!
