Justus shared his love of watching Daddy mow with Moriah. The two of them hung out on Mommy and Daddy's bed and watched out the window as the first mowing of the year took place.

How To Hang Laundry In Limited Space
The weather is getting warmer and that makes it perfect for hanging your laundry on the clothesline. It saves money and makes your clothes smell so fresh. Well, what do you do when there isn't enough clothesline at your house in town to hang up all of your clothes? Here is a funny picture story of what a country girl does to find room to hang the clothes all up outside. :) Enjoy the hilarity!
Our make-shift (small) clothesline- two t-posts and some rope. :) |
Once the clothesline is full, you can use the shrubbery that needs trimming |
It is perfect for hanging burp cloths and baby socks :) |
Of course you use the drying rack and fill it up to overflowing |
Tomato cages that are waiting to house new plants are a perfect place to hang those last few things that wouldn't fit anywhere else. :) |

Hiking at Beall Woods
We had an enjoyable day hiking with my mom and siblings. We met at Beall (pronounced Bell) Woods. The woodland flora was just starting to show. The early bloomers made for a gorgeous view.

We stopped to watch a snail. After much patience on our parts, he came out and we were able to watch him meander along. |

A New Arbor
After several years of rain and storms, the old arbor finally stood its last and collapsed. We were all very sad as that was the place where Ryan asked me to marry him and also where Trey asked Clair. One weekend while we were visiting, my Dad and Ryan rebuilt it. The finished product was beautiful. Now all of my other sisters and brothers will have a place for their engagements to take place someday. :) We joked that no one else would have ever gotten married if we hadn't have rebuilt it. Hee! Hee!
Great job guys!!!!

Our Anniversary
We had a wonderful third anniversary on March 28th. We were able to spend it all together as a family. Ryan didn't even have to go to work that day! In the evening we took a walk and went to the City Park and had a little fun on the playgrounds.
Justus and Daddy ride the horse teeter-totter together. |
Moriah was our little Baby Glow Worm :) |
We had a delicious supper of fried pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, and sweet carrots! Yum! |
We had a lemon cake for dessert. |
Happy Anniversary was spelled out with sprinkles on the side. |
Ryan got me a beautiful bouquet of flowers |
The next day we continued our celebration. We drove over the Cannonball Toll Bridge. It doesn't take much to get us excited! We had always wanted to and so we took the opportunity.
It was a one-lane bridge! |
